Step 1. Choose your purchase option. You can pay in full or pay a deposit.

Step 2. When your beef is ready in July 2024, we will have our expert butcher process your beef and let it dry age to maximize flavor & tenderness. 

Step 3. Once your beef is ready, we will send you an update email with the scheduled shipping date. If you chose to pay a deposit, we will send you the email invoice for the final payment.

Step 4. We will ship your Beef Share to your door via UPS with insulation and dry ice to ensure it arrives fully frozen!
